The role requires organizational skills, high communication, and the ability to manage time and work under pressure, to ensure the efficiency of administrative workflow.

Key tasks and responsibilities of the executive secretary:

  • Managing the agenda: Organizing and coordinating daily appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive director.
  • Communication and correspondence: Handling emails and phone calls, and drafting outgoing and incoming correspondence.
  • Document preparation: Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Organizing meetings: Arranging internal and external meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Travel management: Booking and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Archiving: Organizing and preserving physical and electronic files and records.
  • Dealing with visitors: Welcoming senior management visitors and organizing their meetings.
  • Professional confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and organization of multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer programs (Office Suite).
  • Flexibility and accuracy in work.
  • Send images of previous work in the field.



Requirements

  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
