As a vital member of the facilities management team, you will support the security manager in ensuring a safe and secure environment within our residential compound. This role offers the opportunity to lead security services and deliver exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement policies and procedures within the security operations per ISO targets.
• Monitor service provider processes and highlight deviations.
• Oversee the deployment of guards and ensure compliance with service agreement patrols.
• Manage emergency procedures and ensure guards are equipped properly.
• Supervise access control systems and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage parking violation notices and inspection audits.
• Ensure safety and security measures are effective and communicated appropriately.
• Respond to security incidents proactively, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Professional certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CPP, or related.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Holder of first aid, CPR, and AED certification.

Job Summary:
