About the Role

OSUS, a real estate developer established in Riyadh in 2006, is seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer to join their team. OSUS focuses on commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate projects, aiming to integrate innovation and thoughtful design to shape modern communities, inspired by Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. This role is integral to ensuring the successful execution of architectural works on site, contributing to projects that enhance the urban landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of architectural works and finishing activities on site.
• Review architectural drawings for compliance with approved designs and project specifications.
• Review and approve Shop Drawings and Material Submittals from contractors.
• Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering teams for integrated project execution.
• Resolve technical issues related to architecture and finishes during the construction phase.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants and contractors to facilitate project progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in architectural engineering.
• A degree in Architecture Engineering Technology or a closely related discipline.
• Possession of a valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and construction drawings.
• Proven coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
• Ability to effectively solve architectural and finishing issues encountered on site.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in residential projects, including villa compounds or large housing developments.
