About the Senior Pre-Sales Manager Role

FanRuan Software is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the sales team by providing in-depth product expertise to potential clients. The role requires understanding client business needs and demonstrating how FanRuan's solutions can effectively address them.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Pre-Sales Manager will be instrumental in the sales cycle by:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of potential customers.
  • Providing technical support throughout the sales process, addressing questions and resolving concerns related to product functionality.
  • Assisting in the design of customized solutions that align with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Contributing to the development of proposals, including technical documentation and solution architectures.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Working with the training team to ensure customers gain a comprehensive understanding of product features and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, with no specific major requirement.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or similar roles within the Business Intelligence (BI) industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
  • A deep understanding of business intelligence concepts, data visualization, and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using and managing at least one database engine.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripts, Excel, JavaScript, and Linux deployment and maintenance, along with other related technical skills.
  • Proactive and independent learning capabilities in data analysis applications and IT technical solution integration.

Preferred Skills

Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate experience with the following BI tools:

  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Qlik

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment. The Senior Pre-Sales Manager will work closely with sales and training teams to ensure client success.
