The Role of Senior Projects Manager

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the overall planning, coordination, and control of fast-track fit-out projects from inception to completion. The projects span various sectors including Hospitality, Hotels, High-End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, and Education. The primary objective is to deliver financially viable projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-contract: Develop and execute business development strategies, research and build client relationships, attend industry functions, and supervise the tendering process.
• Project Planning: Identify stakeholders, plan communications, develop project management plans and schedules, define activities for stakeholders, plan procurement, and identify and plan risk management.
• Project Execution: Specify project objectives and plans, including scope, budgeting, scheduling, performance requirements, and subcontractor selection. Interface with the project team for best practices and resource utilization. Implement operations through coordination of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction. Maintain accurate records, oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain client communication, direct and manage project execution, acquire and manage the project team, conduct procurement, distribute project information, perform quality assurance and control, manage local municipality and government approvals, verify and control scope and cost changes, control invoicing and final accounting, and monitor and control risks.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a versatile Senior Projects Manager with over 10 years of experience in the field. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as projects are located across Saudi Arabia, not exclusively in Riyadh. Candidates should possess strong project management skills and personal attributes suitable for leading complex fit-out projects.

Work Environment
