About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Specialist - Organization Planning to join its team in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on planning and optimizing the organizational structure and resources within the marketing department to ensure efficient operations and alignment with Qiddiya’s overall business objectives. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the marketing organization structure, ensuring roles and responsibilities align with strategic goals.
• Conduct workforce analysis, capacity planning, and talent management support to optimize the marketing team’s performance.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
• Monitor and analyze organizational effectiveness, proposing improvements to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
• Manage and update marketing job descriptions, career paths, and competency frameworks.
• Support change management initiatives within the marketing organization related to structural or process changes.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights on marketing organizational planning to senior leadership.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing organizational design and planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and talent management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics is highly desirable.
