Role Overview

The Services Facilitator IV plays a central role in managing front-office operations and delivering comprehensive administrative support across various departments. This position is critical for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and for ensuring the efficient handling of internal service requests and logistical arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, welcome, book, and direct visitors to the appropriate individual, department, or meeting room.
• Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a tidy and clean environment.
• Manage incoming calls, transfer them to relevant departments or stakeholders, and address queries as needed.
• Provide support to the HR team with activities and processes related to employee onboarding and termination.
• Perform basic clerical tasks, including copying documents and booking meeting rooms.
• Receive and accurately distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Arrange airport collection services for specified individuals when required.
• Oversee and maintain office supplies and services, such as stationery and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
