About the Opportunity
Nextwo Co., a talent acquisition and recruitment partner in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Shared Services Excellence Manager for one of its trusted clients in the Saudi banking sector. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity for a senior professional to contribute to a leading financial institution.
Role Overview
The Shared Services Excellence Manager will lead and oversee critical shared services functions within a prominent bank. The position focuses on driving operational excellence, strengthening governance, and enhancing performance management across shared services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Shared Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across shared services functions.
- Oversee Shared Services Budgeting & Financial Control, including effective financial planning, monitoring, and governance.
- Develop, implement, and manage the Shared Performance Management & KPI Framework to drive operational effectiveness and business performance.
- Drive Shared Services Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, financial control, and operational excellence.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives that optimize shared service operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Shared Services, Operational Excellence, Governance, Performance Management, and Financial Oversight.
- Proven experience leading Shared Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Strong experience in Shared Services Budgeting & Financial Control.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing Performance Management & KPI Frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in driving Shared Services Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
