- - Knowing the medical and psychological history of the beneficiary and following up on any development or what is new with him.
- - Applying the official and unofficial measures followed within the department with all beneficiaries.
- - Evaluation three times during the semester and filling them out electronically.
- - Completing the beneficiary's file within the semester.
- - Receiving beneficiaries at the scheduled time.
- - Examining the beneficiary at the beginning of the day, ensuring his safety and fitness, and immediately reporting any emergency.
- - Commitment to the session time and the daily session schedule using visual aids.
- - Preparing the daily schedule for beneficiaries.
- - Exporting beneficiary plans and inquiring about application methods.
- - Training the beneficiary according to the followed plan and adhering to the specified time and areas.
- - Following educational methods in reinforcement and behavior modification.
- - Applying the visual schedule according to its correct form.
- - Analyzing the beneficiary's development or the plan's unsuitability and continuously discussing it with the assistant supervisor.
- - Following up on plans and coordinating with the technical assistant supervisor and modifying them as needed.
- - Training the beneficiary on independent skills such as toileting, eating, and other independent skills.
- - Commitment to following the beneficiary's dietary plan and not using nutritional reinforcement methods with the diet.
- - Receiving and maintaining the entrusted items and tools.
- - Preparing educational materials to serve the training program and directed activities.
- - Listing the program's needs for materials and tools and reporting to the supervisor.
- - Recording observations in the daily log and responding to parents' inquiries politely and professionally.
- - Assigning homework to parents within the Rehaddox system with a simplified description in the parent follow-up log.
- - Commitment to daily electronic monitoring of the beneficiary and ensuring its accuracy.
- - Turning off lights and air conditioning, tidying the classroom, returning tools, and handing over the skills key at the end of the workday.
- - Handing over the beneficiary neatly at the end of the program with all his belongings to the on-duty person or bus supervisor hand-to-hand.
- - Commitment to monitoring the beneficiary's exit for services and reporting any discrepancy in the schedule.
- - Reporting the beneficiaries' need for specific interventions or nominating them for the clinic.
- - Writing notes for support services if there are difficulties in training, to be handed over to the assistant.
- - Monitoring the beneficiaries' performance, writing observations, and reporting any emergency or changes concerning the beneficiary to the technical management.
- - Reporting any malfunction, defect, or required tasks.
- - Communicating with parents after consulting the supervisor.
- - Participating in the visiting mother program and dealing with parents' inquiries flexibly and objectively.
- - Cooperating with the psychologist in writing clinic reports and submitting them to the supervisor on time.
- - Reviewing semester and mid-term reports and submitting them on time.
- - Commitment to accompanying activities of the program (structured play / artistic).
- - Participating in public events with ideas and participation to integrate the beneficiary into society and contributing to the preparation of the closing ceremony.
- - Contributing to the preparation of the beneficiary reception program.
- - Periodic meeting with specialists and the technical director to follow up on beneficiaries' development and difficulties.
- - Contributing to training trainees, answering their inquiries, and contributing to their evaluation.
- - Contributing to the development of the training program schedule in coordination with the technical assistant.
- - Developing performance by attending workshops and scientific courses.
- - Commitment to implementing the role of clinic services from common goals within the classroom.
- - Applying the approved system within the rehabilitation programs, organizing the classroom environment, and completing the required forms for the environment.
- - Entering safety follow-up sessions once daily and training environment follow-up sessions once weekly.
- The specialist is obligated to all that is mentioned in the center's regulations and all tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Special Education
- Working Hours: Morning - Evening - Two Shifts
