This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply chain management and excellent inventory control within our facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
  • Process purchasing orders as required.
  • Track orders and investigate discrepancies.
  • Keep accurate records of purchases and perform physical counts of stock.
  • Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld during audits.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Maintain good supplier relations and oversee procurement policies.

We are seeking a qualified Storekeeper to manage inventory, ensure accurate stock control, and support efficient warehouse operations through proper storage, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to support smooth operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or relevant certification in logistics/supply chain preferred.
  • Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations (*, 2–5 years).
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
