Novotel Al Anoud, part of the renowned Accor Group, is seeking an organized and efficient Tamayyaz Storekeeper to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this vital role, you will be a key member of our warehouse operations, responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
  • Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and storage space.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory status, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in implementing and improving inventory management processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Basic math skills for inventory calculations.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian logistics and supply chain practices.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
