About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Strategy Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for professionals who can develop and execute innovative strategies to help clients navigate complex business challenges and drive transformation. The position involves working with C-suite executives and boards to reimagine businesses, build robust strategies, and deliver outcomes with a focus on sustainability, inclusion, diversity & equity (ID&E), purpose, and board effectiveness. As a Strategy Manager, you will contribute to enhancing business performance and stakeholder value by leveraging Accenture's global expertise and capabilities to guide organizations through rapid change.

Key Responsibilities

• Address critical business issues and generate actionable insights on client and industry business performance improvement.
• Lead workstreams focused on platform design, operating model design, digital strategy development, and business cases for government agencies, including national digital value realization and impact, and digital architecture design.
• Design and present business and/or technology strategy solutions to C-level clients.
• Apply financial acumen to propose value creation opportunities that foster sustained growth and profitability.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and gather requirements.
• Create detailed implementation plans and strategies for effective execution of designed solutions.
• Facilitate change management by identifying potential resistance and developing mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for strategic process improvement and operational efficiency, implementing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Engage with the broader strategy community to foster collaboration and support practice growth through recruitment, training, and thought leadership.
• Ensure successful adoption of new strategic processes and methodologies through effective training initiatives.
• Manage and support business development efforts, including Statement of Work (SOW) development, proposal creation, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members, providing opportunities for learning and professional growth.
• Leverage Accenture's global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver maximum value to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in one or more of the following sectors: Chemicals & Natural Resources, Energy, and Utilities.
• High degree of comfort with strategic decision-making and strong quantitative skills for developing financial or operational models and supervising data analysis.
• Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities within at least one industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex issues, absorb information quickly, and excel in conceptual and creative problem-solving.
• Digitally savvy with a curiosity and passion for technology and its impact on business and society.
• Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to establish trust-based relationships and gain insights through collaboration and communication.
• Driven and determined, with a proven ability to adapt, overcome obstacles, and achieve results with an optimistic outlook.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
