About the Role

Hill International (KSA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its dedicated team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is integral to managing the complete recruitment life cycle for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing qualified talent, directly contributing to the company's operational success and growth within KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, identifying, and recruiting new, replacement, and contingent staff from both external and internal talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand and define specific job competencies and recruiting requirements for all open positions, as well as for proposal efforts.
• Manage internal job postings and strategically utilize appropriate internet sources for external postings, employing methods such as cold calling and leveraging social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Conduct initial pre-screening interviews and efficiently coordinate all subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering influential relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Team leaders, the internal recruiting team, and other staff members to build partnerships that yield successful, predictable results and enhance credibility.
• Oversee all aspects of the recruiting process, from initial candidate sourcing and qualification to salary negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding, all managed through the online applicant tracking system.
• Provide valuable business intelligence for use in developing proposals and identifying current opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or a closely related human resources function.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment life cycle effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and various sourcing tools.

This full-time position is based at Hill International (KSA)'s operations in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The Talent Acquisition Associate will operate within a collaborative environment, engaging regularly with hiring managers, corporate leadership, and the broader recruiting team to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes across the KSA region.
