About PepsiCo and the Talent Management Manager Role

PepsiCo is seeking a Talent Management Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in supporting talent initiatives across the Middle East.

Role Purpose and Context

The Talent Management Manager will support various Middle East Talent Management and core HR process projects. This role involves overseeing key talent development and assessment programs, managing talent data and HR systems, and collaborating with HR and Center of Excellence (COE) teams on talent growth and development. A primary focus will be the ongoing execution of PepsiCo’s developmental leadership assessments, utilizing the resulting data to inform strategic decision-making. Key stakeholders include Division HRVPs, HRBPs, Senior Leaders, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute employee lifecycle programs, including leadership assessments (LeAD), 360-feedback assessments, functional assessments, and leadership coaching.
  • Support project planning, coordination, and communication for top talent programs.
  • Provide talent advisory services, interfacing with senior business and HR leaders to plan executive sessions, support talent data management, and project manage new talent programs.
  • Enable the scaling of data-driven decisions using PepsiCo assessments and insights, while managing competing business needs.
  • Proactively plan across distinct workstreams to balance competing timeframes, priorities, and timeline changes.
  • Engage in thought leadership to support the Talent Management team in building the strategic talent agenda.
  • Support talent planning practices through building talent data files, supporting project management, and other talent initiatives.
  • Conduct necessary research on various topics for client interventions.
  • Manage and analyze data, aiding in the collection and review of talent and organizational data, identifying trends and strategic insights, and presenting findings to guide the talent agenda.
  • Interface with HR systems and reports, including input of talent data into MyP&D.
  • Ensure fully integrated connections across programs and processes by working closely with the TMCI team and TMOD leads.
  • Demonstrate strong partnership when collaborating with the corporate COE and other sector talent management teams.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and influence key parties effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing diverse, multi-level audiences.
  • Experience navigating global and local teams to accomplish objectives.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills; familiarity with statistical software is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • General problem-solving and gap analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency.
