About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is integral to the successful execution of innovative energy projects, requiring meticulous planning, testing, and commissioning of substation products and systems to ensure they meet high performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and commissioning of substation products and partial systems for customers.
• Facilitate technical clarifications with sub-suppliers, designers, and service providers.
• Plan and develop site logistics for installation and commissioning activities.
• Supervise site activities to ensure alignment with project plans and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and proper handling of testing tools.
• Support project managers in risk and claim management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site environments.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to diverse cultural needs.
