TikTok is seeking a Top Gifter Operation Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports TikTok group entities across the MENAT region, focusing on the growth and operational excellence of TikTok LIVE's top gifter community. The role is integral to connecting creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetization opportunities.

Role Purpose and Regional Context

As part of TikTok's regional management and support function, this role is based within the Regional Headquarters. The Top Gifter Operation Manager will contribute to the development of regional creator-management strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation, and operational governance. Local execution of these strategies will be undertaken by relevant operating entities within the MENAT region.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the growth and operation of TikTok LIVE Top Gifters across MENAT markets, with a focus on user engagement, retention, and experience improvement.
• Developing a deep understanding of user needs and pain points through user interactions, research, and offline engagements, and driving scalable solutions via product and operational enhancements.
• Collaborating with Product Management (PM), Campaign, and LIVE Creator Teams to enhance top gifter retention, increase the number of paying top gifters, and boost total consumption.
• Leading Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and adoption for key gifter features, monitoring performance, and continuously optimizing user experience and business impact.
• Supporting regional business growth through strategic user segmentation, lifecycle management, and data-driven operational initiatives.
