We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to our operations department in Riyadh. As an Urban Planner, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the city by conducting comprehensive studies and analyses.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of technical reports and presentations.
  • Conduct comprehensive studies and analyses to understand the current state of the city and identify needs and opportunities.
  • Analysis of population growth, demographic distribution, land use, transportation, environment, infrastructure, and public services.
  • Provide periodic reports and assessments to management and partners to clarify progress and future challenges.
  • Supervise the provision of analytical studies, maps, geographical data, and technical support to beneficiaries.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented projects and programs related to city planning projects.
  • Assess impacts and results based on predefined indicators and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning.
  • 5 years of experience.
  • At least one certificate in one of the accredited Urban Planning certifications or its equivalent.
  • At least one certificate in one of the accredited Project Quality Management and Evaluation certifications or its equivalent.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Urban Planning from an accredited university, along with a minimum of 15 years' experience in a related field on major national/international initiatives and developments. Extensive experience in major development master planning and urban planning, preferably at a national level, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of cultural aspects in project management within KSA are highly desirable.
