The Role of User Experience Designer

Circlys App is seeking a User Experience Designer to enhance the design of its large-scale mobile application and internal dashboards. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves refining and improving existing interfaces for over 300 screens. The designer will work within established frameworks while contributing creative input, collaborating with a fast-moving product team to transform ideas into seamless, user-centered experiences across devices. This position requires 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and enhance over 300 mobile application screens based on existing frameworks and guidelines.
• Improve internal operations dashboards to optimize usability and aesthetics.
• Create high-quality mockups, visual assets, and layouts.
• Ensure responsive design implementation across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to align designs with user needs and project goals.
• Generate content for designs when not provided by other teams.
• Maintain and organize design files and components consistently.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience of 2-4 years in UX/UI design and principles, demonstrated through a strong design portfolio.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience in designing mobile applications and web interfaces.
• Ability to work effectively within existing design systems and established frameworks.

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Sketch.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-centered approach to design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to handle partial content creation when required for design projects.
