We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Valet to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Valet, your role is crucial in creating a memorable first and last impression for our guests. You will play a vital part in ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, assisting with their vehicles and luggage.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently.
  • Provide clear directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are secured.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating vehicles.
  • Keep accurate records of parked vehicles.
  • Report any vehicle damages or issues to management promptly.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Assist with other guest service duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent driving skills with the ability to operate various types of vehicles.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle luggage.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling parking fees.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in valet parking or hospitality preferred is a plus.
