You will play a vital part in ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, assisting with their vehicles and luggage.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently.
- Provide clear directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are secured.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating vehicles.
- Keep accurate records of parked vehicles.
- Report any vehicle damages or issues to management promptly.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Assist with other guest service duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent driving skills with the ability to operate various types of vehicles.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle luggage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling parking fees.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in valet parking or hospitality preferred is a plus.
