Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with potential customers, guiding them through the car buying process.
  • Provide detailed information about cash used cars.
  • Assist customers with completing payment processes.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate test drives and inspections.
  • Manage required documents related to cash transactions.
  • Negotiate prices and financing terms.
  • Collaborate with the cash team for seamless payment processes.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in car sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
