Responsibilities

  • Welcoming Guests to the venue.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to the guest's questions.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Managing the reservations.
  • Provide accurate waiting time and monitoring waiting list.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience ( fine-dining restaurants' experience is preferable)
  • Excellent understanding for the restaurant etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
