About The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth station operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively managing staff to optimize operations and reduce costs.
  • Forecasting the need for hiring staff and managing recruitments.
  • Providing on-time reporting and updates regarding staff attendance.
  • Supervising inbound and outbound shipments, as well as last-mile delivery and returns.
  • Training and supervising station staff including supervisors, drivers, and couriers.
  • Ensuring seamless communication with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Customer Service.
