The Role of Wedding Coordinator

Istoria KSA is seeking a Wedding Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position central to coordinating all aspects of wedding events. The Wedding Coordinator ensures seamless execution from start to finish, working within a creative and detail-focused environment dedicated to delivering celebrations for every couple.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timelines for all aspects of wedding events.
• Facilitate communication with all vendors involved in the event.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown processes.
• Provide day-of coordination to ensure smooth execution of the event.
• Support the implementation of theme and décor designs.
• Monitor and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Handle logistics, including seating plans, schedules, and venue requirements.
• Interact frequently with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and address questions or concerns.
• Collaborate closely with the design, florals, catering, and operations teams.
