The Operations and Maintenance Company located in West Riyadh announces its need to hire a Lawyer - (Trainee) to join its legal team.

Requirements:

Holder of a University Degree in Law or Legal Affairs.
Previous experience (even if minimal) in the legal field according to the Kingdom's systems, such as: Labor Law - Commercial Law .
Familiarity with drafting and reviewing Commercial Contracts and Employment Contracts and legal auditing for them.
Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

Providing legal support and consultations for the company.
Managing legal cases and claims through platforms, including:

- Filing lawsuits and following up on them
- Submitting memos and notices
- Following up on court sessions remotely
- Implementing rulings and following up on judicial requests

- Documenting contracts
- Issuing internal regulations
- Managing labor relations and filing labor complaints

- Registering employees
- Following up on disputes or objections
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Platform (*********
- Handling labor complaints
- Following up on inspections and compliance

Saudi Bar Association Platform
- Following up on legal practice requirements
Reviewing and drafting contracts of various types (Commercial, Employment, etc.).
Following up on legal cases if any and coordinating with the relevant authorities.
Contributing to ensuring the company's compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
