Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented person with analytical skills to join our team as a Data Analyst and Data Entry Specialist. In this dual role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining data, as well as analyzing data sets to generate actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of organization, technological proficiency, and the ability to transform raw data into clear and useful reports. Main Responsibilities: 🔹 Data Entry: Accurate data entry and updates in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Reviewing and verifying data accuracy before and after entry. Maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity. Identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors in the data. 🔹 Data Analysis: Organizing, structuring, and analyzing data sets to identify trends and patterns. Creating reports, summaries, and visual dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI and Google Data Studio. Collaborating with other departments to interpret data and support decision-making. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring changes over time. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in data entry and/or analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools is a plus. High attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
