Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document an SME financing product from concept to implementation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and impact reports.
• Draft and update related policies, procedures, and process manuals.

Requirements:
• Proven expertise in product development, business strategy, or SME finance.
• Strong analytical and research skills (qualitative and quantitative).
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience drafting policies, procedures, and business cases.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

• Develop and implement effective PR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar communications role.

• Established media contacts and a solid understanding of media relations.
• Familiarity with PR tools and media monitoring software.
