Food & Beverage Counter Attendant

Overview: We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef 1 to support kitchen operations in delivering high-quality food across all food and beverage outlets. In this role, you will work alongside the Head Chefs to ensure that exceptional dishes are prepared while adhering to strict kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation by washing, cutting, and distributing ingredients according to the Chef's instructions.
• Prepare basic dishes such as sandwiches, sauces, and salads under the supervision of the Head Kitchen Staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment meet hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines for storage, handling, and cooking food items.
• Support the Head Chefs in daily kitchen operations and monitor inventory levels of ingredients.
• Assist in plating and garnishing dishes, ensuring that food is presented according to specifications.
• Participate in kitchen safety practices, including the proper use of heavy commercial kitchen equipment.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring the proper rotation of food items.
• Perform other tasks as delegated by the Head Chefs.

Requirements:

• Skills: Basic knowledge of food ingredients, cooking techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team.
• Languages: Ability to speak English.

1. E-commerce Store Management

• Update product listings (images, pricing, descriptions, stock).

• Monitor order fulfillment from purchase to delivery.

• Coordinate with logistics or operations to resolve fulfillment issues.

2. Performance Monitoring

• Track store KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, and cart abandonment.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics or store dashboards to evaluate results.

3. Customer Interaction

• Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service quality.

4. Promotional Campaign Management

• Plan and schedule offers and discounts based on seasonality and product performance.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns.

• Track the performance of each campaign (ROI, engagement, resulting sales).

5. User Experience Optimization

• Suggest improvements to product pages or the purchasing journey to increase sales.

• Conduct test purchases to identify friction points and provide recommendations.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with design, content, operations, and customer support teams.

• Participate in regular internal meetings to improve store performance.

• Manage the sales team and guide them in achieving set objectives.
• Create and implement monthly and annual sales plans.
• Identify and target new clients in various sectors across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
• Present the features of Dawmt's system and HR management solutions through engaging presentations.
• Follow up with potential clients from introduction to deal closure.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide periodic reports to management.
• Train team members in effective sales strategies and system features.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 35 years of sales experience, preferably in HR systems or SaaS solutions.
• Previous experience in managing or supervising a sales team.
• Excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the HR management systems market in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
