Join Our Team as a Sales Representative!
We are a reputable and well-established Medical Device company actively seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission while working with cutting-edge medical technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales and demand for the company’s products, exceeding sales targets.
  • Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training.
  • Present products effectively to groups of dental care professionals, including clinicians, dealers, and institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales and marketing personnel.
  • Comply with corporate governance and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Educators for KOL meetings/presentations.
  • Assist in training and coaching new sales team members.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • A Degree in Dentistry is preferred.
  • Experience in dental equipment, consumables, or implant sales is essential.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Proven success in employing best practices in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability for face-to-face interviews in Riyadh.

  • A solid understanding of the Middle East market with established relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to interact positively with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Advanced sales capabilities, showcasing commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce.
