Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Operational Control is responsible for supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient coordination of all ground handling functions. This includes oversight of ramp handling, passenger processing, baggage handling, and surface transport activities at the aerodrome.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Embed The Red Sea Air Services Company Health and Safety culture.
  • Assist in executing certified ground handling services.
  • Monitor all aircraft ground operations in real-time.
  • Lead coordination among teams during operational periods.
  • Ensure compliance with GACAR regulations and internal safety policies.
  • Facilitate efficient communication across departments.
  • Ensure 98% on-time performance for all flights handled.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airport or ground operations, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth understanding of GACAR regulations and apron safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
