About the Role:
We are seeking a Head Baker to lead our bakery operations across all dining experiences, which include signature restaurants, lounges, banquets, events, and in-room dining. This role requires a master of the craft dedicated to ensuring that every baked item is both memorable and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production of various bakery items including breads, viennoiseries, laminated doughs, and specialty baked goods for all outlets.
  • Collaborate on bakery menu creation focusing on seasonality and sustainability.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation.
  • Develop and test recipes to meet evolving guest expectations.
  • Supervise and inspire the bakery team, fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and minimal waste.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Head Baker in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end bakery.
  • European-trained with expertise in international baking.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
