Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist guests in both lobby areas.
  • Handle inquiries and special requests promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Flexible schedule availability.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to endure various physical movements including standing and bending.
  • Continuous standing required for the duration of the shift.

  • An engineering degree or equivalent (Bac +5).
  • Knowledge of mandatory requirements and external recommendations regarding H&S.
  • Experience in H&S audits and continuous improvement tools such as FMEA and ISO 45001.
