About the Role

Sally Marketing Co is seeking a Barista to join their team in Tabuk. This full-time role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages while maintaining high standards of product quality, workspace cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee preparation equipment and tools correctly.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients used in beverage preparation.
• Prepare and serve customer orders promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverage supplies and communicate reorder needs to the manager.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards, and personal cleanliness policies.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing their requests and inquiries respectfully.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions from the branch manager.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar barista role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare a range of hot and cold beverages.
• Proficiency in operating coffee preparation equipment.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk. The salary range for this role is SAR 3,750 - SAR 5,625.
