Join Us as a Senior Event Coordinator!
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Senior Event Coordinator to join our Venues Events & Programming Team, supporting a cluster of premium venues. This role bridges creative planning, operational delivery, and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful events, supporting post-event client retention, and providing end-to-end support under the guidance of the Senior Events Programming Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Manage event inquiries, maintain venue diaries, convert leads through persuasive sales techniques, conduct site visits, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Client Account Management: Develop long-term client relationships, maintain accounts in the CRM, and ensure consistent service.
• Collaboration & Support: Assist the Senior Events Programming Manager, contribute to venue programming, and prepare reports.
• Administrative & Operational Duties: Maintain CRM data accuracy and assist in creating event materials.

Knowledge & Experience: Minimum of 35 years in event coordination or venue sales, preferably in luxurious settings. Strong understanding of event logistics and proficiency in CRM/event sales platforms is essential.

Join Emerson as a Purchasing Engineer!

In this role, you will be responsible for the direct sourcing of materials from our approved supply base. As a Purchasing Engineer, you will ensure that all materials are acquired and delivered to the manufacturing facility in accordance with our operational strategy, optimizing cost savings and inventory turnover.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Applying procedures detailed in the QA Manual.
• Initiating RFQs in alignment with global sourcing strategies.
• Issuing and leading Purchase Orders via Oracle ERP.
• Implementing proactive measures for deliveries and addressing supplier technical queries.
• Maintaining accurate delivery dates based on supplier feedback.
• Collaborating with Finance and managing logistics executions.

Who You Are:
You possess a strong understanding of castings and machining, with proven experience in procurement within the control valve industry. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 35 years of experience in procurement related to casting and trims.
• APICS CPIM certified or pursuing Level 5 CIPS Diploma.
