We are seeking a dedicated General Cashier to be part of our pre-opening team, where you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions in a luxurious environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash and cheque collections, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile collected amounts with system reports and prepare daily General Cashier Reports.
  • Handle foreign currency exchanges and update exchange rates.
  • Execute daily banking of cash and cheques collected, maintaining appropriate float levels.
  • Balance petty cash disbursements and ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Conduct random spot checks on outlet cashiers and maintain accurate records.
  • Safeguard all cheques and cash received, ensuring sufficient change for cashiers.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
