The Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor – Public area, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by supporting the management of the hotel’s Housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are well maintained and cleaned, and providing guests and employees with a safe and orderly environment. You will ensure that the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards as set by Red Sea Global Hospitality, train and lead housekeeping associates, manage inspections, and uphold a values-led culture for both our guests and colleagues.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee the cleanliness of all public, guest-facing, and back-of-house areas of the hotel at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the hotel training manager to identify training needs.
  • Monitor supplies and manage records of linen and uniforms.
  • Ensure a motivational working environment and positive relations with other departments.
  • Manage overtime effectively and support task force missions.
