We are looking for a dedicated Driver to join our pioneering team and contribute to our mission of redefining wellness.

Job Purpose:
As a Driver, you will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for our guests and employees, ensuring a luxurious service standard while maintaining our vehicles in excellent condition.

General Responsibilities:
  • Uphold professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels and teams.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Participate in meetings and training to align with our wellness philosophy.
  • Support business targets while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Key Operational Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport guests and team members to designated locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of resort vehicles.
  • Follow traffic regulations and resort policies to ensure safety.
  • Assist guests with luggage, creating a welcoming experience.
  • Manage scheduled trips and respond to special guest requests efficiently.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license for the required vehicle category.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Basic English communication skills preferred.

Work Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in luxury environments.
  • Experience with multicultural teams is an advantage.

Knowledge:
  • Understanding of local traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with hospitality transportation procedures.

The Role
As a Waiter, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests as a Hospitality Ambassador for the hotel.

  • Check with the supervisor before leaving your station for any reason.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel's services and facilities to address any guest inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times.
  • Develop a thorough understanding and have complete knowledge of the menus.
  • Learn and correctly use the Point of Sale equipment and adhere to the procedures accurately.
  • Actively participate in all training sessions to enhance professional skills and improve guest satisfaction.
