Join SEK International Schools as a Finance Officer!
As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in the effective day-to-day financial operations of our new international school in Al Wajh, Tabuk. You will be responsible for managing income and expenditure, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, and providing clear financial information to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Income Management:
    • Oversee all school income processes including invoicing and payment tracking.
    • Maintain clear records of payments and outstanding balances.
    • Work closely with the Admissions Officer to confirm payment status prior to enrollment.
  • Expenditure Management:
    • Process payments to suppliers in a timely manner and maintain organized records of invoices and contracts.
    • Track expenditure and provide financial information for budget decisions.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare regular financial reports showing income, expenditure, and remaining budget.
    • Ensure all financial records are available for audits.
  • Compliance:
    • Support compliance with Saudi financial regulations and assist with official filings.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with the SEK Riyadh finance team and other departments to ensure alignment in financial processes.

Experience and Skills Required:
  • A formal qualification in accounting or finance.
  • 5–8 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and reporting.
  • Experience within Saudi context is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Saudi national preferred.
