Equinox Resort Amaala, an upcoming luxury lifestyle resort, is set to open in 2026 in the heart of Amaala on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant and are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assist our Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements in line with company policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with KSA regulatory requirements.
  • Support preparation and submission of tax filings.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor financial transactions and costs.
  • Analyze financial data to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operational departments for financial reporting.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
  • Familiarity with KSA regulations (VAT, ZATCA) is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Saudization targets, and government requirements.
  • Establish People & Culture policies, systems, and employee services, including housing and welfare.

  • Bachelor's degree in People & Culture, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree or a professional People & Culture certification (*, PHR, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred. Additional languages are considered an asset.
