We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance Manager to help manage and execute various financial projects, ensuring our patients receive the quality care they deserve. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Executing financial projects and advising management on results.
  • Recording all financial transactions appropriately.
  • Providing ongoing budgetary information to relevant departments.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for projects across departments.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to meet budgetary goals.
  • Collaborating with team members to implement schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Demonstrating compassionate communication with patients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Complete mandatory educational requirements on time.
- Stay updated on quality, safety, and accreditation information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
- Strong skills in time management, communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
