Your key responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership to the Finance department, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing, payroll, and compliance. You will manage financial risks, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights that support decision-making across the property.

Qualifications/Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need a * in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, and a minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Strong Excel skills and a thorough knowledge of Hotel Financial Statements are required. You should possess excellent communication skills in English and have the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and manage performance indicators.
- Reconcile Bank Accounts and Balance Sheet accounts monthly.
- Oversee essential accounting functions and assist during staff absences.
- Hire, train, and manage direct reports.
- Manage department budget and ensure targets are met.
- Implement financial communication protocols across the hotel.
- Attend leadership meetings and comply with all work rules and safety standards.
