We are seeking a passionate HOST/ HOSTESS to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests in the Gourmet Service areas. Your role will involve creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that ensures an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests professionally.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Maintain high communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep updated on resort services and promote them effectively.

Job Requirements:
  • Preferably a BA in Hotel Management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury resort is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
