Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be delivering personalized beauty services that align with our holistic philosophy of well-being. This role encompasses a blend of technical excellence in haircare and makeup artistry, with a focus on guest presence and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hair Services: Deliver expert haircuts, blow-drying, styling, and nourishing treatments, tailored to guest preferences.
  • Makeup Services: Provide high-quality makeup applications and personalized consultations while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure services are delivered in a mindful and professional manner, building strong relationships with guests.
  • Safety & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to local regulations and brand standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other teams to support guest experiences and event preparations.
  • Revenue Generation: Upsell treatments and contribute to departmental revenue goals.

Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with the following:
  • Certification in hairstyling and professional makeup artistry.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury resort, spa, or salon environment.
  • Strong technical skills and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • A warm, professional approach to guest care and the ability to work in a multicultural setting.

Job Summary:
The CEO Assistant provides high-level administrative support directly to the Chief Executive Officer.   • Cross-Functional & Administrative Support (30%):
    • Support other departments with administrative tasks when assigned directly by the CEO.
    • Assist HR, Finance, or Marketing teams with documentation or meeting coordination during low CEO demand periods.
    • Participate in internal project coordination or research assignments.
    • Help prepare and update internal policies, procedures, and templates.
    • Act as a backup for executive office administrative needs.
    • Support internal events, workshops, or visits hosted at the executive level.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
