About the Role
We are seeking a Saudi-national Purchase Specialist with experience in managing procurement processes in the contracting sector. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure efficient purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement purchasing operations for projects and operational needs according to approved policies.
  • Research suppliers, obtain price quotes, analyze them, and choose the most suitable options.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best terms regarding price, quality, and delivery time.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up on supply until final delivery.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities with various departments to ensure specifications and needs are met.
  • Maintain and update the supplier database and periodically assess their performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on purchases and costs.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in procurement, preferably in the contracting sector.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and ERP systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
