Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with department leaders to anticipate supply needs.
Source and onboard high-quality suppliers that maintain our luxury standards.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure brand integrity.
Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and ensure operational readiness.
Manage procurement budgets and conduct cost analysis for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Drive process improvements through procurement systems and reporting tools.
Lead and develop the purchasing team, fostering collaboration.
Act as a key liaison between suppliers and departments to ensure alignment.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks proactively.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in luxury hospitality.
At least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially savvy with a creative mindset.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
