About the Sales Specialist Role

شركة العوجان للمرطبات is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Tabuk. This full-time position requires a professional to drive sales operations and achieve targets within assigned routes. The role involves direct field leadership and ensuring adherence to company standards for product presentation and customer engagement.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the daily execution of sales activities, focusing on achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets. This includes ensuring comprehensive customer coverage, maintaining display and execution standards at points of sale, and consistently meeting cash collection goals. The role acts as a bridge between commercial strategies and field execution, aiming for maximum productivity and brand visibility.

Key Duties and Objectives

  • Supervise the achievement of sales, distribution, and customer coverage targets within defined routes.
  • Ensure product availability, optimize sales mix, and enhance profitability for customers and points of sale.
  • Monitor the implementation of display and promotion standards in stores, aligning with marketing plans.
  • Oversee collections and accounts receivable, taking necessary actions to address any delinquencies.
  • Develop the performance of sales representatives through field training, guidance, and performance management.
  • Foster teamwork and prepare development and succession plans for team members.
  • Review daily reports, monitor performance indicators, and coordinate with management for corrective actions.
  • Document and follow up on issues and complaints to ensure execution quality and achieve company objectives.

Required Experience and Qualifications
