About the Retail Sales Supervisor Role
شركة العوجان للمرطبات is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations within assigned routes in Khamis Mushayt, Assir. This full-time position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of experience to ensure the achievement of sales targets, customer coverage, and adherence to company standards.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution of sales operations, focusing on achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets, ensuring comprehensive customer coverage, and maintaining display and execution standards within points of sale. A key aspect of this role involves the continuous achievement of cash collection goals. As a field leader, the supervisor provides daily guidance and follow-up to sales representatives, ensuring adherence to promotion and visibility standards, monitoring accounts receivable, and implementing corrective actions to address performance gaps. This role bridges commercial strategies from head office with field execution to maximize productivity, customer coverage, and brand visibility according to company standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the achievement of sales, distribution, and customer coverage targets within designated routes.
- Ensure product availability, optimize the sales mix, and enhance customer and point-of-sale profitability.
- Monitor the implementation of display and promotion standards within stores and ensure adherence to marketing plans.
- Oversee collections and accounts receivable, taking necessary actions to address delinquencies.
- Develop the performance of sales representatives through field training, guidance, and performance management.
- Foster teamwork and prepare development and succession plans for team members.
- Review daily reports, monitor performance indicators, and coordinate with branch management to implement corrective actions.
- Document issues and complaints and follow up on solutions to ensure execution quality and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales supervision or a related field. A proven ability to manage sales teams, achieve targets, and maintain strong customer relationships is essential.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, within the Assir region. The role involves significant field work.
