At St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, we pride ourselves on delivering exquisite experiences in luxury hospitality. We're looking for a dedicated Cluster Reservations Agent to join our team at The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, located in Ummahat Island, Saudi Arabia.

Position Overview:
As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. Your role includes:
  • Identifying guest reservation needs and determining the appropriate room type.
  • Explaining guarantee, special rates, and cancellation policies to guests.
  • Documenting special requests and answering inquiries regarding property facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all reservation requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Input and access data in the reservation system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members and guests.
