Job Purpose:
The Restaurant Manager is the driving force behind the operational success of our venue, focusing on guest experience and team performance. You will lead day-to-day operations, uphold the SLS vision, and curate memorable dining moments while ensuring the outlet’s profitability and compliance.

Duties & Functions:

Deliver a consistently elevated and engaging guest experience aligned with SLS brand values.
Act as the face of the outlet, maintaining a strong presence during service.
Handle guest feedback effectively, turning challenges into opportunities.
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure coordination across service areas.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards according to health and safety regulations.
Liaise with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to maintain luxury standards.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
Ensure training in service standards and compliance protocols.
