We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Plant General Manager. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Plant General Manager. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize scheduled meetings, calendars, and appointments; take minutes of meetings.
- Oversee VIP travel and accommodation arrangements, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and bills.
- Screen incoming emails and calls, discussing required actions.
- Review and check correspondence and reports; assess the importance of materials and organize documents for GM's signature.
- Handle private, official, and confidential communications.
- Prepare agendas and gather materials for meetings.
- Collect and prepare reports for the GM as required.
- Assemble and analyze files according to systematic chart arrangement.
- Perform various executive support tasks and any other duties as assigned.
- Maintain the highest quality standards and follow-up systems, ensuring tasks are completed.
- Act as a point of contact between all departments and employees, resolving queries effectively.
- Handle petty cash and invoicing processes, along with other financial accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Arabic speaking preferred; fluent in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Oracle/CRM is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
